Abstrakt (anglicky)
The hydrological and ecological significance as well as site-to site variation of low cloud and fog water deposition, has been studied in the Czech Republic since of the second half of the 1980s. A wide-spread monitoring networkincluding four mountainous and three urban areas was created and equipped in order to assess water and pollutants inputs from wind driven low clouds and fogs onto the Earth surface. This contribution is dedicated to the presentation of the results of water and mass inputs delivered via occult precipitation onto the vegetation cover and comparison of these inputs to bulk precipitation, throughfall and surface runoff in three small catchments of the Czech Republic.
