Abstrakt (anglicky)
The Bohemian Massif is considered to be a metallogenic province containing prevalently deposits of Pb-Zn-Ag-Cu type of variscan age. The Příbram ore field is situated in a tectonically complex zone bewteen the high-metamorphosed moldanubian unit and the low-metamorphosed upper proterozoic-paleozoic Barrandian unit. In the neighborhood of the deposit there are rocks of the proterozoic post-spillite series discordantly overlying lower cambrian sediments to the northwest. In the southeast and southwest are rocks of the Central Bohemian Pluton. Vein hydrothermal deposits have high concentration of the Pb, Zn, Ag, Cu, Sb, U, Fem As, Ba, Co, Ni, Mg, Mn etc. The hydrothermal vein-type mineralization is represented by gold-bearing quartz, Ag-Pb-Zn-Cu-Sb and the relatively younger U-mineralization. The older sulfidic mineralization is distributed troughout the area. Sulfidic mineralization in the Central Bohemian Pluton have an increased proportion of Cu ores.
In contrast to this sulfidic mineralization, which is spatially connected with basic rock dykes, the younger U-mineralization is closely bound to the contact zone of the Central Bohemian Pluton. Proposing any model of formstion vein-type mineralization is necessery the relationships among the several type of sulfidic mineralization and its formation. The polymetallic ore veins in Vrančice and Lešetice are represented by Pb-Zn-Ag-Cu-U minerals with similar associations. Both polymetallic ore veins involved the largest accumulation of polymetallic silver-bearing minerals. The Pošepný vein, the main of the Vrančice deposit, can be divided into five separate stages of vein formation. The mineral succession of the Vrančice deposit differs significantly from those of Březové Hory and Bohutín and is simillar with L1 vein in Lešetice. The development stage III is characterized by a rich association of Cu and Ag mineral.
The crystallization interval of bornite I is partially overlapped with chalcopyrite. Chalcocite and rare djurleite form myrmectic intergrowths with galena. In the stromeyerite mass there are rounded lemellae of younger mckinstryite. Stromeyerite and mckinstryite are displaced by covellite and digenite. The formation of bornite, betekhtinite, roxbyite, chalcopyrite and jalpaite falls into a period after the stromeyerite crystallization and before the formation of calcite, native silver and kongsbergite. The development of L1 vein in Lešetice is represented by similar minerals: bornite, stefanite, chalcocite, betekhtinite, polybasite, stromeyerite and native silver. The formation temperatures of the sulfidic mineralization in both veins are generally in the range from 90° to 550°C
