Abstract (in english)
This paper deals with the study of the exotic limestone rocks of the Lower Cieszyn shales from Zamarski (NE of Cieszyn) in the Polish Outer Carpathians (Silesian Nappe). The authors distinguished 5 types of carbonate exotic blocks. The limestones represent fragments of a carbonate platform (Inwald ridge): marginal facies or interior platform facies. A lower Tithonian age (older than the type Stramberk Limestones) is assigned, basing on stomiosphaerid microfauna
