Abstract (in english)
   Chloritoid-bearing rocks accompany in the Hrubý jeseník Mts. muscovite and muscovite-chlorite phyllites in the Devonian envelope of the Desná dome. Chloritoid schists form variously thick, irregular layers and lenses in the series of strata of muscovite phyllites and quartzitic muscovite phyllites. Chloritoid-bearing rocks were formed by regional metamorphism of illite-kaolinite clays. For chloritoid schists the higher content of Al2O3, FeO and higher ratio of K2O/Na2O and FeO/MgO is characteristic. Analysed chloritoids are also characteristic by high Fe/Mg ratio. Chloritoid schists ere formed by regional metamorphism in temeprature 400-500 °C and pressure about 400-500 MPa.
