Abstract (in english)
   The structural evolution of three geotectonic units of the western Bohemian Massif, situated around Mariánské Lázne (Czech Republic), are characterized in this paper. They represent an Early Proterozoic-, Late Proterozoic- and a Paleozoic area, which together bear evidence of the geological evolution of Central Europe. Most of the units are in tectonic (thrust) contact. A Paleozoic mica-schist complex is in contact with the two Proterozoic areas and field studies in the Slavskovský les Mts. showed that the contact plane can be interpreted as a transgression (quartzites) on an older basement. The results are documented by structural-geological maps
