Abstract (in english)
   The goal of grant was optimization research of black coal flotation. this research was realized on the samples of black coal slurries from slurry ponds of OKS, a.s.: namely Mine Lazy, František, Dukla and Darkov. The aim of the re-flotation tests were quality achievement of flotation concetrates ith ash content under 10%. From the results followed that given requirement can be achieved by the realization of technology that consists of main flotation and one cleaner reflotation with currently applied flotation collectors Montanol and Flotakol NX. The statistically planned experiments were applied for optimization of flotation with this results: three factors- collector dosage, ratio between collector and frother, air amount- are statistically significant in laboratory conditions. In the operational condition the factor of air amount is not statistically significant.
   The influence of organic flocculants and bioflocculants to the flotation results was tested within optimization of flotation process. From the research followed that the best reagent that influences flotation process is application of yeast Saccharomyces carlsbergensis Hansen, where required quality of flotation concentrate is retained with substantial enhancement of its yield. From the results of coal desulphurization (there were tested: depressors that suppress pyrite floatability, application of bioflotation as well as bacterial leaching ) followed that application of depressors and bioflotation do not significantly influence coal desulphurization. While by the application of bacterial leaching about 30 of sulphur was removed. The results of the research will be hand over and used in OKD, a.s. Ostrava
