Abstract (in english)
A new cyrtonellid tergomyan (Class Tergomya, Mollusca), Quasisinuites rapax gen. et sp. n., is described from the Dobrotivian (Llandeilian) strata of the Middle Ordovician of the Anti-Atlas (Morocco). It has a compact, involute, globose, sinuate shell, resembling the bellerophontacean gastropod Sinuites Koken, 1896, but its muscle scar pattern is of cyclomyan shape, similar to that of Carcassonnella Horný et Peel, 1996 or Thoralispira Horný et Vizcaino, 1995. Q. rapax probably lived as an active predator in high energy conditions
