Abstract (in english)
   The oldest Saxothuringian synorogenic greywackes preserved (Famennian) contain detrial white micas with a strongly varying spectrum of Si-contents (3..06-3.45 Si/f.u.). This is explained by erosion of units of different metamorphic grade, including high-pressure metamorphic rocks, which are indicated by the partly very high Si-contents (up to 3.45 Si/f.u.). The range of Si-contents remains unchanged throughout the complete synorogenic sedimentary sequence (Famennian to Visean). Including results of previous work upon the composition of the synorogenic sediments, as well as K-Ar data of the detrial white micas, the variscan front of the Tepla-Barrandian terrane, together with its crystalline hinterland, can be regarded as the provenance area of the synorogenic sediments. A very narrow time span between HP-metamorphism (ca.
   390 Ma) and sedimentation of the HP-detrius at 370 Ma indicates rapid exhumation of high-pressure metamorphic rocks at the Saxothuringian-Moldanubian boundary, for which a minimum exhumation rate of 3 mm/ can be estimated
