Abstract (in english)
   The sedimentological studies could bring important informations for the better knowledge of the permeability distribution in the natural fluid reservoirs and in this way eliminate the amount of laboratory permeability measurements. Studied sandy horizons ih the area of underground gas storage Hrušky were deposited in the deltaic environment. Development of sandy horizons reflect both the delta development (autocyclicity) and the tectonic activity, which was predominantly connected with the Lanžhot-Hrušky fault (allocyclicity). The depositional environment of the upper and lower delta plain and the deposits of the adjacent basin were recognized within the framework of the 9.Upper Badenian horizon. The activity of the Lanžhot-Hrušky fault was not significant during the deposition of the 9.Upper Badenian horizon. The depositional environment of delta plain was described within the framework of the studied Sarmatian horizons.
   The depositional processes and distribution of depositional environments were influenced by the activity of the Lanžhot-Hrušky fault during the Sarmatian period. The different distribution of the centres of deposition and differences in thickness of the deltaic cycle were recognized in the studied Sarmatian horizons
