Abstract (in english)
During last three years several papers and conference abstarcts have been published describing many karst depressions filled with clastic sediments, caves, and speleothems of the Bohemian Karst as formed in relation to low-temperature hydrothermal processes. The hydrothermal model links formation of hydrothermal karst to steep calcite veins occurring in the area. The presented paper represents a collection of direct an indirect observations and indications supporting the idea that most of karst depressions filled with clastic sediments, caves, cave carbonates and surface calcareous tufa accumulations were formed by normal karst processes with no influence of hydrothermal activity
